DEPOSITS

To fund your account, please ensure the payment originates from an account in your name and country of residence. For wire transfers, a SWIFT confirmation must be provided to HalbergFin to verify the source of funds. If these requirements are not met, your deposit via bank transfer may be declined.

WITHDRAWALS

In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or card used for your deposit. Unless otherwise agreed, withdrawals will be processed in the same currency as your deposit. Please note that using alternative payment methods may result in extra fees or restrictions. All withdrawal fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount and are listed on the HalbergFin website.

HalbergFin may, under certain circumstances, process withdrawals to a different payment method, provided it complies with AML rules. Additional documentation may be required for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount for wire transfers is 10,000 EUR/GBP.

NON-DEPOSITED FUNDS

Funds in your account may include bonuses, incentives, or other credits not directly deposited or earned from trading with your own funds. All such bonuses are considered "Non-Deposited Funds" and are subject to the Bonus Terms and Conditions.

WITHDRAWALS WITH OUTSTANDING CREDIT

If your account has an outstanding credit or pending deposit, withdrawal requests will not be processed until the credit is settled. Once the deposit is received, your account equity will become available for withdrawal.

HOW TO REQUEST A WITHDRAWAL

To request a withdrawal, all required compliance documents must be submitted and approved by HalbergFin’s compliance team. The beneficiary name must match the trading account holder. Transfers to third parties are not permitted. There is no minimum or maximum withdrawal limit unless otherwise specified.

Note: Please monitor your account balance and margin before submitting a withdrawal, as it may affect your open trades or trading strategy.

WITHDRAWAL PROCESSING TIME

HalbergFin typically processes withdrawal requests within 5 business days. After approval, it may take up to 10 business days for funds to reach your bank or card. If you do not see the funds online, please check your next card statement or contact your bank for details.

Double-check your withdrawal details to avoid delays. HalbergFin is not responsible for errors made by the account holder or for your bank or card provider’s internal processing times.

We do not guarantee processing times, and any extra charges from third-party banks will be deducted from your withdrawal. Please consult your bank for information about possible intermediary fees.

CURRENCY

Your account is maintained in USDT (Tether) as the base currency. If you deposit in another currency, we will convert it at the prevailing exchange rate. Trades and settlements are generally performed in your account currency, but we may use other currencies if needed.

OTHER CONDITIONS

This policy is not exhaustive. Additional requirements may apply at any time due to regulatory changes or anti-money laundering measures. All use of HalbergFin’s services is subject to the latest Terms and Conditions.

Your funds are protected with robust security measures and are kept in your dedicated account within HalbergFin’s systems, available 24/5.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

All purchases are final and fees for products or services are non-refundable. Deposits to your trading account are processed instantly and are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with HalbergFin, you may request a refund of your remaining balance, subject to bonus terms and conditions. Once a refund is processed, your account access will be deactivated. Refund approval is at the sole discretion of HalbergFin. Please allow up to 48 hours for our support team to review your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
